At HoneyHearts, we want every order to reach you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our return and exchange policy before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong or different product
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- A clear unboxing video is provided as proof
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Returns Not Accepted For
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Personal dissatisfaction
- Wrong variant selected by customer
- Damage caused after delivery
- Used, washed, torn, or altered products
Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
- Order number
- Registered mobile number or email ID
- Clear product photos
- Unboxing video
- Details of the issue
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us. In selected locations, return pickup may be arranged if available, and extra charges may apply.
Exchange Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will send a replacement product after quality checking.
For COD orders, additional delivery charges may apply for replacement shipment. For prepaid orders, exchange support may be provided as per approval.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the return is approved and replacement is not available. Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days to process.
