Refund policy
At HoneyHearts, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully check and pack every product before dispatch so that your order reaches you safely. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong or different product from what you ordered
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- A clear unboxing video and product condition proof is provided
Return or exchange requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
2. Returns Not Accepted For
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Personal dissatisfaction after receiving the product
- Accidental purchase
- Wrong product/variant selected by the customer
- Damage caused after delivery
- Product used, washed, torn, or altered by the customer
- Missing tags, packaging, or accessories
3. Return & Exchange Timeline
Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests received after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the exchange or refund process will be started if the product meets all required conditions.
4. Proof Required
To process a return or exchange request, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Registered mobile number or email ID
- Clear product photos
- Clear unboxing video
- Details of the issue
The unboxing video should clearly show the parcel opening process and the product condition.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our address.
In selected locations, we may help arrange return pickup through our delivery partners, if available. Additional pickup charges may apply depending on the location.
6. Exchange Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it carefully.
If the product is found to be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, we will approve the exchange. A replacement product will be packed and dispatched after quality checking.
If the returned product is found used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition, the exchange request may be rejected.
For COD orders, an additional delivery charge may apply for replacement shipment, depending on the customer’s location. For prepaid orders, exchange shipping support may be provided as per approval.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- Replacement is not available
- The return request is approved after inspection
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved payment mode.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation may not be possible because the shipment is already handed over to the delivery partner.
9. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailable, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship the product after it returns to our warehouse.
In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for the second shipment.
10. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proper proof.
Our team will verify your request and help you with replacement, exchange, or refund as per policy.
