HoneyHearts currently ships orders across India to all serviceable pin codes.
Delivery availability may depend on your location and our courier partner’s service network. If your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you for assistance or order resolution.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand sale periods may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order is packed and handed over to the delivery partner, you will receive shipping and tracking details through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, holidays, and other operational factors.
Estimated delivery timeline:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability
These timelines are only estimates and may vary in some cases.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping charges may depend on:
- Delivery location
- Product weight
- Order value
- Payment method
- Courier availability
From time to time, HoneyHearts may offer free shipping, prepaid offers, discounts, or special delivery benefits. Such offers may be available for a limited time and may be subject to specific conditions.
5. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and products.
For COD orders, customers are requested to provide correct contact details and keep the payable amount ready at the time of delivery.
HoneyHearts reserves the right to disable or limit COD service for certain locations, high-value orders, repeated undelivered orders, or operational reasons.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.
You can use the tracking link or tracking number to check your shipment status.
If you do not receive tracking details after your order has been shipped, you can contact our support team with your order number.
7. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to deliver your order safely.
Delivery partners may vary depending on your location, pin code, product type, and courier serviceability.
8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details while placing the order.
Please make sure your order includes:
- Full name
- Complete address
- Correct pin code
- Active mobile number
- Nearby landmark, if required
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete details, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
9. Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides incorrect details, or does not respond to delivery calls, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
Once the undelivered order is returned to us, we may re-ship the same product after confirmation from the customer.
In such cases, an additional delivery charge may apply for the second shipment.
10. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation may not be possible because the shipment is already handed over to the delivery partner.
We request customers to review their order details carefully before placing the order.
11. Delayed Delivery
We always try our best to deliver orders on time. However, delivery may sometimes be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- High order volume
- Remote location service delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Operational or transport issues

12. Damaged Package During Delivery
We take care to pack every HoneyHearts product safely. However, if you receive a damaged package or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please share:
- Order number
- Clear package photos
- Product photos
- Unboxing video
- Details of the issue
Requests without proper proof such as an unboxing video may not be accepted.
13. Lost Shipment
If your shipment appears lost or stuck for a long time, please contact us with your order details.
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
