6. Orders and Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. We may cancel or hold an order if:
- Product is unavailable
- Payment is not confirmed
- Address or contact details are incomplete
- Order appears suspicious or fraudulent
- There is a pricing or product listing error
- Delivery is not serviceable in the customer’s location
7. Payments
We may accept different payment methods such as online payment, UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery, depending on availability.
For online payments, transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. HoneyHearts does not store complete card, UPI PIN, OTP, or banking details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct and that they do not share sensitive payment information with anyone.
8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products.
HoneyHearts reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain orders, locations, or customers based on order value, serviceability, previous delivery history, or operational reasons.
For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected delays.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary.
Once the order is shipped, customers may receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
10. Incorrect Address or Undelivered Orders
Customers must provide accurate name, address, phone number, pin code, and delivery details while placing the order.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the order may return to our warehouse.
In such cases, we may re-ship the order after it returns to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for the second shipment.
11. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.
If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch, shipping or handling charges may apply where applicable.
12. Return, Exchange and Refund
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only when:
- A damaged product is received
- A wrong or different product is delivered
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- A clear unboxing video and product condition proof is provided
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for change of mind, accidental purchase, personal dissatisfaction, wrong variant selected by the customer, or damage caused after delivery.
Refunds, if approved, may take 7–10 working days to process after inspection and approval.
13. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Order number
- Registered mobile number or email ID
- Clear product photos
- Clear unboxing video
- Details of the issue
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
14. Offers, Coupons and Free Gifts
Any discount code, coupon, prepaid benefit, free gift, or promotional offer is subject to availability and specific offer conditions.
HoneyHearts reserves the right to modify, pause, withdraw, or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.
Free gifts, if applicable, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced unless damaged or unavailable, as per our decision.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including brand name, logo, images, product photos, banners, text, graphics, layout, and design elements, belongs to HoneyHearts or its respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, sell, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
